Dr Ian Dodds has over 25 years’ experience of working with global, private sector companies and public sector organisations in Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America. He focuses on Diversity for JHC and works with client leadership teams to secure and sustain their commitment to Diversity as a business priority and competitive differentiator.

Ian headed the European Diversity Practice of Towers Perrin, working with global private sector clients and Civil Service Departments and Agencies.  In Towers Perrin, he pioneered a unique approach to the development of leadership behaviour by managers at all levels.  This approach was instrumental in transforming the largest office of a UK financial services organisation from one of its worst performers to one of its best in the UK.

Diana Bruno-Gaston has been a practitioner of change management as a senior manager and a consultant.  She uses the value of Diversity as a means of delivering business objectives and improving performance for her clients.  Her experience covers both public and private sectors and spans over 19 years.  She has successfully managed and delivered a number of major organisational change programmes that have transformed services from an inward-looking, poor performance culture to that of a customer-focused, high performance culture, with high levels of both customer and staff satisfaction.
