Ken has built and managed high performance teams and has a passion for enabling individuals to exceed their own expectations of themselves.  Ken brings a strong business focus which ensures that people succeed within the context of the contribution required from them by their organisation.  He believes in aligning capability with commitment and confidence.  He engages at all levels of the organisation to secure the active involvement and sense of personal accountability needed to embed sustainable competitive advantage.
