Anne Gauton is an experienced Change Management specialist and strategic HR advisor with a 16 year track record of working for private and public sector clients in Europe, the USA and Middle East. She has worked at board level and with company leaders on various aspects of strategic change including business start-ups, merger and acquisitions, organisational re-alignment including downsizing, employee development and leadership coaching.
Anne spent a number of years undertaking business process re-engineering/global change management with Ernst & Young, then was appointed to Director – People Consultancy with Deloitte Consultancy.
She delivers fresh thinking and constructive challenge into the business change arena by helping leaders to “join the dots” between strategy, change programmes and performance management processes. Ensuring that the links between vision, processes and behaviours are made visible to everyone, she is able to support leaders in motivating influencers at all levels to produce practical solutions that ultimately transform the organisation.
Anne’s client work has included the design and delivery of complex global change programmes; engaging stakeholders, building employee commitment and delivering sustainable results whilst successfully managing the political and cultural tensions associated with change. As a global consultant and as a board level HR Director she has delivered effective HR strategies, operating models and competency models that have enabled organisations to refresh and re-skill its’ human capital whilst continuing to deliver ‘business as usual’. Anne is adept at aligning organisational structure, development frameworks and talent management to enable rather than inhibit the flow and focus of individual performance and recently has been helping organisations optimise the development of collaborative and virtual operating structures.
Throughout her consulting career, Anne has been able to draw on her strong coaching and training capabilities to enable clients achieve pragmatic solutions to a wide range of business challenges. Sharing and transferring her experience and skills into client organisations for successful solutions is a source of great personal satisfaction for her.
