About JHC Group
Sustainable competitive advantage is dependent on how well the organisation attracts, focuses, optimises and retains individuals with the ability, the way of working and the motivation to succeed.

Ken Elvy is a highly experienced change management specialist with an exceptional track record of helping businesses to optimise the talents of their people. He was Head of People Competency and a Member of the Executive Team at Deloitte Consulting.  There he led a 70-strong team of change management, HR and learning and development practitioners providing people-related services to a wide range of client organisations.  Prior to this he worked as Head of Change Management at Ernst & Young.  Assignments included strategic visioning, leadership coaching and development, organisational design, capability assessment, outplacement and recruitment

As a practitioner – and in the wider context of business transformation – Ken has helped clients to achieve sustainable competitive advantage by coaching and working with them to articulate their vision; develop their business strategy and operational priorities; engage their stakeholders; align their leadership team; design and implement their change programme; restructure their organisation and refocus their performance management processes. He has also supported clients in shaping and implementing partnering relationships with key suppliers, helping them to build trust and to change mindsets.

Ken brings a strong business focus which ensures that people succeed within the context of the contribution required from them by their organisation. He believes in aligning capability with commitment and confidence: building the skills, the motivation and the supportive environment needed for people to do the right things in the right way. He engages at all levels of the organisation to secure the active involvement and sense of personal accountability needed to embed sustainable competitive advantage.

We apply the Influence/Balancer Technique (IBT) – a comprehensive process covering all aspects of the human side of change.
